To begin selling tickets, please fill out the form at https://vyrtual.net/contact/ and request to become a Vendor. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send you an onboarding link to complete your registration. After approval, you'll gain access to your Vendor Dashboard where you can list events, upload ticket types, and manage sales.
Yes. You can customize your notification preferences in your account settings. Choose your favorite artists, cities, or categories and we’ll send alerts for upcoming events that match your interests.
After logging into your vendor account, navigate to your dashboard. There you can see real-time ticket sales, revenue summaries, and attendee information. You'll also have access to downloadable reports.
To access exclusive virtual events or video-on-demand, visit vyrtual.tv and sign up. Once subscribed, your account will unlock all content available under the monthly or yearly plan. Please note that some livestreams may be pay-per-view and are not included in the subscription, but can be purchased separately from your account.
You can purchase livestream access as a ticket type for any supported event. Once purchased, your access will be available under your user dashboard. Some events may offer replay or video-on-demand access.
Yes. You can enable push notifications and email alerts in your profile. You'll get updates when new events go live, when your favorite artists are announced, or when event details change.
Absolutely. You can update details like time, description, and ticket availability at any time. However, please notify your ticket holders if the changes impact their experience.
